Rebel Stampers ATC Swap - June technique

The June technique for the Rebel Stampers ATC swap is to use acetate. Not the easiest thing to see in the pic above but the cactus die (a new purchase from Sizzix) is sandwiched between 2 layers of acetate and appears to be floating when held up. I used an oval nestie to cut out the shape from 2 ATC blanks and used a decorative corner stamp on the front.

I decided to use the acetate in a different way for my second ATC. I coloured some acetate with red pepper, pesto and butterscotch alcohol inks and then stamped on the reverse side with Stazon. The cut out butterflies were stuck by their bodies so that the wings were left free. The text is by Paper Artsy and the background is a rose embossing folder but I have used the debossed side and highlighted the markings with Memento bamboo leaves ink.
