LIM 182

Well nothing for 20 days and then 2 posts in a day... When I saw that this week's challenge on the Less Is More blog was 'anything goes' I had to take part. This card had sort of made itself amongst the debris on my desk. The die cut bird is a leftover from this page and I had cut an A6 kraft card blank for another project which never materialised. The 2 bits found each other amongst the other leftover items on my desk and I kept looking at it thinking it would make a nice CAS card. I added a few dots with a Uni Posca pen and a sentiment from Darkroom Door - if only all my cardmaking happened that easily!

  1. I usually find the open themes difficult! This is CAS at its simplistic best. Love the embossed bird, it is an elegant card x

  2. Sweet card, I love the kraft base and the lovely touch of white for the bird x

  3. It's gorgeous in its simplicity! I love it! xx

  4. Your bird looks fab against the Kraft background - the dots are the perfect touch!

  5. Fab and simple bird in flight ! loads of thought in this card !

  6. Easy made card or not; It is a beautiful one! Great CAS-card!

  7. So glad your scraps came together for this stunning CAS card, it looks fab!
Thanks so much for joining LIM this week

  8. Lovely CAS design, the white "trail" makes a lovely touch!

  9. I'm sorry this comment is so late, but I was on holiday in Spain last week and wifi was a little limited and slow!
This is terrific, I love it when cards just come together!
    Thanks so much
